casa donation, part 2

"Unless someone like you ~ cares a whole awful lot ~ nothing is going to get better, it's not" ~ dr. seuss~

That quote was on the thank you note we received from casa for our donation of art supplies to the children in their care.

here is the rest of the note:

Robin,

Your gift of art supplies and an art teacher's skill and time will combine to help us host a couple self-esteem building/art experience workshops for kids in foster care.

It is our hope that these workshops can help kids faced with overwhelming challenges learn about their own inner strengths and help them develop the resiliency they need to move through the crisis their life has become.

none of us know the impact our moments will have on another's life but it is clear from your daughter's precious life that each of us has the ability to bless others...even in the fleeting moments we are able to share.  Thank you for sharing the legacy of your daughter's life and dream with hurting kids.

Along wtih this letter we were graced with a certificate for our donation; thank you casa!

~god bless

Hi hanna we all miss you. We have 3 new kids in our class this year. I have been missing you. Our teacher, Ms. Gardner is fun. I wish that you were here to play with me. You were fun to play with. I have been seeing your Mom and brother a lot. Your Mom got a new baby chiauhau and it looks like a puff ball it is so cute. I know that you are watching over me and being my angel. I think about you every day and miss you every day. Bayden has been crazy. I have been watching out for him. I miss you and love you. Your best friend, Abi.
